Born in the mountains.
Made for wholesome living.
Ankush and Dhruv grew up in Uttarkashi, in the Garhwal Himalayas, and later made Rishikesh their home, where the mountains meet the Ganga.
They built KAFAL to bring the full, honest essence of the Himalayas under one roof — pure charcoal-free incense, single-origin essential oils, handwoven hemp carry, hand-knitted woolen toys, and authentic Pahadi pantry staples like A2 Ghee, Buransh squash, and handmade soaps. Simple, natural things made with deep care by local mountain artisans and farmers.

Thoughtfully sourced,
purely mountain.
Every botanical fragrance, Pahadi pantry staple, river stone vessel, handwoven hemp carry, and woolen craft brings a small part of mountain purity directly into your home.

Where We Work
KAFAL was born between Uttarkashi and Rishikesh. Those places continue to shape how we think, what we choose, and why we make it.

“We grew up between two worlds—the mountain silence of Uttarkashi and the ghats of Rishikesh. KAFAL is our way of sharing a little of both.”
— Ankush & Dhruv, Co-founders
The Timeline
The Beginning — Uttarkashi
Growing up in the mountains shaped how we think about craft, simplicity, and home. KAFAL began as an attempt to share a little of that feeling with others.
The First Collection — Garhwal & Kumaon
Our first collection brings together incense, essential oils, hemp bags, and handcrafted objects—everyday products chosen with the same philosophy: simple, useful, and made with care.
The Road Ahead — All Mountain India
We hope to keep discovering thoughtful makers and meaningful objects from the Himalayan region, adding to the collection slowly as the brand grows.
