Slow things. Familiar things. Made for the feeling of home.

Born in the mountains.
Made for every home.

Ankush and Dhruv grew up in Uttarkashi, in the Garhwal Himalayas, and later made Rishikesh their home, where the mountains meet the Ganga.

They built KAFAL because they kept finding themselves buying from brands that were disconnected from the land they claimed to represent. So they began looking for makers and products that reflected the place they called home. KAFAL grew from that search.

The Spirit of KAFAL

Thoughtfully sourced,

quietly essential.

Our Process

01. Wild Incense

Small-batch incense made with carefully selected ingredients. Created for slow evenings, quiet mornings, and everyday rituals.

02. Handicrafts & Vessels

Handcrafted objects chosen for their simplicity, usefulness, and quiet character. Small variations are part of what makes each one unique.

03. Wild Hemp Weaves

Durable hemp bags designed for everyday journeys—practical, timeless, and made to be carried often.

Where We Work

KAFAL was born between Uttarkashi and Rishikesh. Those places continue to shape how we think, what we choose, and why we make it.

The Beginning — Uttarkashi

Growing up in the mountains shaped how we think about craft, simplicity, and home. KAFAL began as an attempt to share a little of that feeling with others.

The First Collection — Garhwal & Kumaon

Our first collection brings together incense, essential oils, hemp bags, and handcrafted objects—everyday products chosen with the same philosophy: simple, useful, and made with care.

The Road Ahead — All Mountain India

We hope to keep discovering thoughtful makers and meaningful objects from the Himalayan region, adding to the collection slowly as the brand grows.

“We grew up between two worlds—the mountain silence of Uttarkashi and the ghats of Rishikesh. KAFAL is our way of sharing a little of both.”
